About Me
For the past ten years, I’ve been exploring the intersections of creativity, strategy, and technology in the travel industry. Like everything else, my work has evolved. What has remained constant is my goal of using words to provide users with a valuable experience.
Throughout out my career, I’ve created content to adopt users, written words to educate and engage them, and designed experiences to delight them. I focus on creating intuitive paths, demonstrating clear value, and upholding a conversational voice and tone. My passion for connecting to global audiences propels me to champion messaging consistency and write with translatability and accessibility in mind.
My work takes many shapes—UX copy, social posts, video scripts, blog posts, in-product messaging, FAQs, and voice assistant and chatbot conversations. And now, as the world continues to evolve, I’m exploring how I can leverage AI to help chatbots craft deeply personalized and intuitive experiences for users—all while maintaining the familiarity of a brand’s voice.
